Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026. These are placeholder terms and will be replaced with reviewed legal text before general availability.

1. The service

Adversarial.sh ("we", "us", the "Service") provides automated adversarial security analysis of software repositories and CI/CD pipelines, including scanning, findings, and proposed patches. The Service is provided to the organization or individual that registers ("you").

2. Authorization and acceptable use

  • You may only point the Service at code and infrastructure you own or are explicitly authorized to test.
  • You must not use the Service to attack third-party systems, or to develop, store, or distribute malware.
  • You are responsible for the accounts, tokens, and permissions you grant the Service.

3. Findings and patches

Findings and proposed patches are generated by automated systems and reviewed by you before use. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and approving any change before it is merged or deployed. Nothing in the Service is a guarantee that your software is free of vulnerabilities.

4. Accounts and payment

Paid plans are billed per the order form or pricing agreed at purchase. The open-source tier is free for public repositories. We may suspend access for non-payment or violation of these terms.

5. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to your code. We retain all rights to the Service, the attack library, and our models. Proposed patches to your code are yours to use without restriction.

6. Confidentiality and security

We treat your source code and findings as confidential and process them only to provide the Service. Report security issues with the Service itself to security@adversarial.sh.

7. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination and changes

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may update these terms with notice; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced before they take effect.
